What do you need to know / what to bring:

  • All customers must bring up-to-date vaccination certificates for their cats and dogs.  All vaccinations must be administered no less than two weeks before boarding
  • Please don’t bring any bedding.
  • Customers can provide food or we can provide food
  • We are open between 10am and Noon, and between 5pm and 6pm Monday through Saturday.  On Sundays, we’re only open between 5pm and 6pm.
  • You’re welcome to view between 11am and Noon, Monday through Saturday; no appointment necessary.
  • We are closed on Sunday mornings.
  • Boarders also require a microchip and microchip number and a collar with ID tag.
  • All dogs and cats must have been treated for worms and fleas prior to boarding.

To avoid disappointment, please make a booking enquiry as far in advance as you can.

You can use our booking enquiry form here, and a message will be sent directly to our email. We will then contact you via email to confirm your booking.

If you prefer to call or require any further information, we are available on 01244 300203 between:

  • 10am – 12noon & 5pm – 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
  • 5pm – 6pm (Sunday) 

We aim to get back to all enquiries within 24 hours.
